Privacy notice
This notice explains what Richnovex does with the information you send through this website. It covers Richnovex Group (Pty) Ltd in Botswana and Richnovex (Pty) Ltd in South Africa, and is written to meet the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 in South Africa and the Data Protection Act in Botswana.
Who is responsible
An enquiry sent from South Africa or from outside both countries is received by Richnovex (Pty) Ltd, 6788 Seedcracker Street, Celtisdal Ext 20, Centurion, South Africa. An enquiry sent from Botswana is received by Richnovex Group (Pty) Ltd, Plot 5855, Selokwane, Tlokweng, Gaborone, Botswana. The brief you receive on screen names the company that holds it.
What we collect
The short form asks for your name, your email address, your country and your message. Everything else is optional: where your work stands today, your sector, the phases you need, the outcome and timeframe you have in mind, and your organisation. Nothing else on the site asks for information about you.
To keep the form from being used by automated senders, the site records how long the form took to complete, and keeps a one-way scrambled form of your email address and of your network address for one hour so that a large number of attempts can be slowed. The scrambled values cannot be read back, and the network address itself is never stored.
The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or social media scripts. Nothing about it reaches Richnovex.
If you use Ember, the website's guide, what you type is shared with Google AI services under Google's own terms. Please keep personal details for the brief form. The website itself keeps no record of your messages.
Why we hold it
We hold what you send so that we can read your enquiry, answer it, and keep a record of what was asked and when. You choose to send it, and the box confirming this notice is not ticked for you.
Who sees it
Your brief is emailed to info@richnovexgroup.com and is read by the people at Richnovex who answer enquiries. We do not sell it, rent it or share it for marketing.
How it is protected
The site is served only over an encrypted connection. The copy of your brief that you can download is reachable through a one-time link that stops working after fifteen minutes or after it has been used once, whichever comes first. There is no lasting web address for any brief.
How long it is kept
An enquiry is deleted automatically, with its backups, at the end of the retention period the firm has set (24 months). The confirmation email you receive contains only your reference, the date, which company holds the brief and the address replies come from.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to our holding it, and withdraw your consent. Write to info@richnovexgroup.com and quote the reference on your brief, which helps us find the right record quickly.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa, or, in Botswana, to the authority named in the Data Protection Act.
Children
This website is meant for people acting for a business or an institution. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information about them.
